I wanted to say I haven't written on here in a while because I haven't had anything fun to talk about. But as I was loading pictures from my phone to my computer tonight, I realized we've had a few fun things happen in the past month. Here's a little update for you interested and faithful readers! :)
We had a fun Memorial Day cookout with my parents, and my sister and her family. I always say that summer starts on Memorial Day! It was beautiful weather, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy my parent's new patio furniture. As you can tell, my nephew Eli and Grammie sure had a fun time singing songs together!
Jeter and Millie love to play "tennis" with Kyhle. With such nice weather, we have been able to enjoy some evening walks together, and we try to wear them out on the tennis courts playing "squirrel ball." After their workout, they get rewarded with popsicles! (Spoiled pups!)
Kyhle's youngest brother, Strom, just graduated from Terre Haute South High School! We were able to enjoy some time with Kyhle's family to celebrate Strom's accomplishment. Proud of you, Strom! (Not the greatest pictures ahead...)
Kyhle and I really enjoy our date nights. Yes, we do them often, but that doesn't make them any less special! We love going out to eat, seeing movies, and going shopping. But we also enjoy our nights at home together eating yummy home-cooked meals, and curling up with the pups to watch movies or catch up on the DVR! (Current favorite in our home is The Bachelorette! Go Sean!)
We are looking forward to a fun summer full of adventure and making new memories. Bring on the 3rd year of marriage, and all it has to offer!
