Don't you just hate it when you come home from vacation and realize you have nothing fun to look forward to again for a long time?
Rough life, I know!
Kyhle and I had such a great time together in Florida! We always have a good time together, but it was so nice to be away from work, school, and everything that comes with it! We had a few rough patches when we first arrived to get our rental car and then again at the Hotel (stupid hidden fees), but nonetheless, it was a wonderful vacation. We stayed just 45 minutes south of Tampa, across the bay from St. Petersberg. Our resort was nestled back off some back roads of a town that didn't exactly look "vacation friendly!" We ended up travelling a lot, going to Tampa, Orlando, and St. Petersberg, so we definitely didn't have the "relaxing" part down. We had a crazy experience coming home, as they told us our flight was cancelled and we were unable to get another one until 8 that night. So then we found ourselves in the airport with 7.5 hours of waiting to do. I was one unhappy traveler. To make up for it, they booked us in the Business Class Section in the first row. I guess that was kinda nice. ;)
Here are a few pictures from the trip for you to check out. I took about 200 total, but I figured I'd be nice and only post the best. Enjoy!
Beautiful Sunset on the Bay
Manatee right outside of our hotel room!
We were able to go to Universal Studios Islands of Adventure one day. Unfortunately, it rained the ENTIRE day, and was only about 65 degrees, but we still had a great time! The Harry Potter World was unbelievable! So impressive and incredibly well done! We literally felt like we were right in the movies in Diagon Alley!

Hogwarts!
On Monday, our friends Dallas and Mellissa came down from Gainesville, and we were able to meet their new baby Kellen! We had a fun time with them! We went to dinner in St. Petersberg, and then they stayed at a hotel Monday, and were able to join us in Tampa at the Florida Aquarium on Tuesday!
The Burton Family :)
Ready for a night out in St. Pete!
At dinner in St. Petersberg
At the Florida Aquarium on Tuesday, we were able to pet sting rays and watch a dive show with sharks!
Tuesday night, Kyhle and I were able to enjoy a Yankees vs. Red Sox Spring Training Game! Kyhle has been to a few Yankees games, but every single one has been rained out, so this was a big deal for him! Sadly, Derek Jeter didn't play, but Kyhle still seemed just as excited as a little boy at the baseball park. We had perfect seats, perfect weather, and it was a great end to our vacation!
Dinner before the game at The Green Iguana
This was before I bought a Yankees shirt at the game. (Sorry, Dad!)
Our last day before heading to the airport...

I love travelling with my hubby. Thanks for such a great trip, babe! I can't wait for our next big adventure!
